We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 14 day risk free money back guarantee on product price starting from the date your order is delivered. Any initial and/or return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
100 Play Guarantee
Alongside our standard 14-day Money Back Guarantee, we proudly offer the 100 Play Guarantee on all fort kits purchased directly from all regions of www.makeafort.fun on or after May 19, 2025. This special guarantee covers eligible kits that fail to achieve 100 plays due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal play conditions within 1 year of your original purchase. In such cases, we reserve the right to provide replacement components for the damaged parts or a one-time refund of the product’s price (excluding shipping & handling). Should a failure occur, please contact us within 30 days of the incident with your proof of purchase and supporting evidence. We believe in the durability of our forts, and this guarantee is here to ensure your confidence in their long-lasting fun.

Proof of Purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Shipping Return Items
To return an order, you must contact us first. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for any returned items, as these costs are non-refundable.
Please ensure the goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection, we may reject the refund.
Additionally, once you have shipped the return, you must provide us with the return tracking number within 14 days to remain eligible for a refund
Holiday Returns
If you order on November 1st or after and the order is a holiday gift, the Refund Policy is extended to 14 days after December 25th.
